Our Staff

The LLL teachers are the heart of our school and our strongest asset. Many of our teachers have been at LLL for well over 10 years, which speaks volumes to their experience with preschool-aged children and highlights the low staff turnover at LLL Preschool.

"Thank you for providing our daughter and family with such a premier preschool experience.  You have an exceptional program and all of you made her first school experience such a happy and loving one for both her and our family.  She is well prepared both academically and social emotionally for her start in kindergarten.  Thank you for all that you have done.  We are happy we have another child headed your way soon!"

Our teachers have been described as warm, kind, caring, and...totally awesome!

"We fell in love with LLL Preschool on our first visit when the teachers immediately knelt and spoke to my child with such warmth and caring.  We know we made the right choice!"

"Preschool is more than just learning letters and numbers, singing songs and playing games.  Preschool sets the stage for a love of learning and school.  It shows kids that they can feel loved and connected to other kids and adults outside of their family.  You all set my son on an amazing path.  LLL was his first school experience and I know because he loved it so much and felt so comfortable, it will make it easy for him to attend school next year."

"Thank you for the wonderful school year and everything you did for our daughter.  We felt so lucky for the supportive, helpful and understanding staff at LLL.You have all guided and helped her grow.  We are forever grateful to you all."

Favorite kid's book: Leo the Late Bloomer by Robert Kraus

Favorite quote: You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think.  -Winnie the Pooh

"It is always nerve wracking to send your child someplace out of your watchful eye.  It is expecially nerve wracking when you find out your child has extra needs and cannot adequately communicate with you what goes on at school every day.  Despite this, I always felt comfortable sending my son to LLL.  I felt like you all genuinely cared about and appreciated him for the kid he is.  I never worried if he was being taken care of, loved and protected because I knew you all were ensuring that he was."

"I have always believed that everything happens for a reason.  If it wasn't for Covid, our original preschool would have never closed and we never would have found LLL.  I believe my son was supposed to end up at LLL and I am so grateful he did."
